Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Compliance (Remote within the
USA).
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and compliance expertise to ensure adherence to
applicable laws and regulations
Facilitate external CMS audits and manage communications with
auditors
Promote a culture of compliance and oversee day-to-day operations
of the Compliance program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
8+ years of Compliance Program Management or related
healthcare/legal experience
Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring and
training staff
Detailed knowledge of federal and state statutes and regulations
governing health insurance
Strong understanding of health maintenance organization plans and
operational processes
