Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Assessment Designer who will be
responsible for developing and executing assessment processes while
ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Drive innovation in test designs and product improvements based on
research-based practices
Oversee project management to ensure timely, high-quality
deliverables within budget
Provide subject matter expertise and support in program and product
management
Required Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. in Education and/or specific content area
Minimum of 5 years' experience in item and/or assessment
development
Content expertise in one or more subject areas (e.g., ELA, math,
science)
Familiarity with research design, data analysis, and psychometric
concepts
Experience with Jira and Lean/Agile processes
