Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collaboration Partner to manage
operations and support team leaders remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and governance for up to three
operations leaders
Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and clients,
facilitating communication and logistics
Produce quality reports and drive continuous process improvement
for growth and strategy alignment
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in Executive or Leadership Level
management
Preferred background in benefits, insurance, or technology-based
companies
Knowledge of SaaS technology is preferred
A 4-year college degree is required
Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently while
engaging with multiple teams
