Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sourcer to manage and execute
top-of-funnel recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify hiring
needs and drive candidate volume
Develop creative strategies for engaging top talent through various
outreach methods
Conduct intro calls to pitch the company to candidates and assess
fit
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience sourcing candidates for technical and/or
business roles
Passion for increasing talent diversity from underrepresented
groups in tech
Ability to create and execute effective sourcing plans
Experience with sourcing tools and strong sourcing fundamentals
Experience taking pitch and screening calls in a fast-paced
environment
