startup.
Key Responsibilities
Scale the pool of Vicos to meet demand, particularly in SAP
services
Source, qualify, and onboard candidates to build successful
Vicos
Define and implement strategies for Vico building and scaling,
while engaging the Vico community
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in professional services or SAP
recruitment
University or Technical University degree with strong academic
results
Extensive knowledge in SAP is a significant advantage
Native German and fluent English language skills
Excellent judgment in evaluating candidates' strengths and
weaknesses
