Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Electricity Program to lead
efforts in decarbonizing the electrical sector through strategic
initiatives and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of the global Electricity Program,
setting goals and strategies
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team while fostering
an inclusive culture
Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to secure financial
support for the program
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in environmental science, energy policy,
engineering, or a related field preferred
Approximately 10 years of experience in climate policy, energy, or
environmental advocacy focused on electric power
Proven track record of leading and managing complex,
multidisciplinary programs
Experience collaborating with government agencies and industry
stakeholders on decarbonization initiatives
Demonstrated success in fundraising and donor cultivation in
environmental or energy sectors
