Job Description:
A company is looking for a Delivery Director who has hands-on
project experience with Adobe applications and/or Adobe Cloud
products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a delivery team, ensuring productivity, quality,
and milestone achievement
Ensure team members have access to necessary tools and materials
for day-to-day activities
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and career development for team
members
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8-10 years' experience managing enterprise
engagements
Experience with Adobe applications and knowledge of Software
Development Life Cycle and Agile processes
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
15+ years IT industry experience, with at least 10+ years in a
services delivery organization
Experience with eCommerce/Digital Services and platforms like Adobe
Commerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
