Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Learning Experience
Design.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and manage the learning experience design process for new and
revised materials
Collaborate with curriculum teams and subject matter experts to
develop engaging learning experiences
Conduct quality assurance reviews on product materials and
implement necessary revisions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in learning experience design,
preferably in education
Experience developing content for adult learners
Proven people management skills and experience managing a team
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required
Experience with design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and design
thinking
