Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partnership Sales Director to grow
revenue through selling its Benefits Suite to medium to large
groups within valued Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales goals and drive revenue growth
Develop and execute plans for establishing and nurturing partner
relationships
Provide product demonstrations and create high-quality proposals
for partner sales teams
Required Qualifications
3-5 years' experience selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, and
HRAs
Existing relationships with distribution partners are a plus
Knowledge of employee benefit programs and experience working with
relevant stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
