Sales, you will report directly to the CEO and own the development
and execution of a national sales strategy, overseeing everything
from team expansion to retail distribution and revenue growth. You
will be responsible for driving our go-to-market strategy, securing
key retail partnerships, and building an unstoppable national sales
force.With a base salary of $150,000 - $180,000 and on-target
earnings (OTE) of $240,000 - $260,000+, this role offers a unique
opportunity for a high-caliber sales executive to build something
exceptional and be rewarded for high performance. This is primarily
a remote role, with travel on as needed basis.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy
that aligns with The Pack Labs' aggressive growth goals, ensuring
rapid expansion into key markets.
- Build, scale, and lead a national sales team, driving
recruitment, training, and development while fostering a
high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Expand and strengthen relationships with key retail partners,
ensuring our brands become category leaders in convenience stores,
smoke shops, specialty retailers, and other strategic sales
channels.
- Identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities,
including new territories, product launches, and strategic
partnerships that drive long-term success.
- Implement and refine sales processes, performance metrics, and
forecasting models that enhance operational efficiency and optimize
sales execution.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product
teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives
and ensure a seamless go-to-market approach.
- Leverage data analytics and CRM tools to track sales
performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that
accelerate revenue growth.
- Represent The Pack Labs at trade shows, industry events, and
strategic meetings, building brand awareness and establishing
high-value industry connections.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and
competitive shifts to ensure The Pack Labs remains at the cutting
edge of the market.Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a
proven track record of scaling national sales teams, securing
large-scale retail distribution, and driving multi-million-dollar
revenue growth.
- Extensive experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG),
cannabis, hemp, vape, alcohol, or other regulated industries, with
deep knowledge of the retail and wholesale landscape.
- Ability to build and execute sales strategies that deliver
measurable, high-impact results in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the
ability to attract, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent while
fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with a history
of closing high-value deals and managing complex partnerships with
major retailers and distributors.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools
(Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics to drive decision-making
and optimize performance.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment,
balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
- Willingness to travel as needed to key markets, trade shows,
and corporate meetings to maintain strong industry relationships
and support the sales team in the field.
- Must be 21 years or older and eligible to work within a
