Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Unit Lead responsible for
overseeing activities within a specific therapeutic area, focusing
on strategic leadership, product innovation, and operational
management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall strategy for the business unit,
including events and digital media platforms
Lead the ideation and development of new event formats and digital
media products tailored to audience needs
Oversee the planning and execution of events and digital media
initiatives, managing budgets and resources efficiently
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related
field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in
healthcare media or event management
Proven track record in product innovation and development within
events and digital media
Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the specific
therapeutic area
Strong strategic thinking and operational management skills
