Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Design Lead to design new
consumer-facing products and features.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of new consumer products and features for iOS,
Android, and web apps
Rapidly iterate on designs through collaboration with end-users and
team members
Contribute to the development of a design system and shape the role
of design within the organization
Required Qualifications:
4 - 8 years of experience designing consumer software or B2B
products with a portfolio of projects
Experience building products from the ground up in early-stage
startups
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and methodologies for
creating implementable designs
Ability to lead user research and develop product concepts into
engineering-ready specifications
High velocity in delivering designs and meeting project
timelines
