Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Specialist to join their Client
Care Center in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for travel professional group clients,
addressing customer demands through calls
Drive revenue growth and retention of existing accounts by
analyzing bookings and future travel needs
Manage customer interactions and complaints, ensuring a positive
experience and optimizing relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proficient in CRM management and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of sales principles, including closing and
negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time
efficiently
Bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
