Job Description:
A company is looking for a Work-Life Intake Specialist to serve
as the primary case manager for Work/Life clients remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage case intakes and provide resources for various client needs,
including elder care and wellness information
Screen for safety issues and connect clients to on-call counselors
as necessary
Offer general information and referrals to experts in legal,
financial, and work-life challenges
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, psychology, education,
or related field
Experience in customer service
Strong, reliable internet connection
Proficiency with computer applications and online resources
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
