Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative
to identify and qualify potential leads and support the sales team
in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels,
including cold calling and email campaigns
Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about services and
schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of all activities and collaborate with
the sales team and marketing for lead generation strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is
preferred
Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar
roles
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools
and technologies
Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry or HR outsourcing is a
plus
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced
environment
