Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and French, with verification via assessment
1+ years of experience in a contact center or technical support
role
Strong multitasking and self-management skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing products and
processes
