AI.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and iterate workflows in various software
used by Customer Success
Configure and administer AI-powered solutions for Customer
Operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and
translate them into technical designs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technology administration, with
Salesforce Administration Experience/Certification or other CRM
experience
Experience implementing and administering AI-powered tools for chat
and operations efficiency
General understanding of database concepts
Experience in a fast-paced production environment on a CRM
platform
System integration experience and best practices
