Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects.
Key Responsibilities

Install, program, test, and service various systems and equipment related to fire, security, and building automation
Act as the primary technical support interface for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Mentor and train less-experienced staff while managing multiple projects and coordinating with project managers

Required Qualifications

College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
5-7 years of relevant experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation industries
Strong technical skills related to building automation systems and electronic security systems
Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and drawings
Proficient in SQL and database management, along with exceptional programming skills
