We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy professionals for our fast-growing Oracle Solutions Practice (OSP). We need people with developed intuitions and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle!Responsibilities:

• Design and build new financial reports and reporting solutions from requirements, using an understanding of organizational business needs.
• Development or enhancement of OIC Integration.
• Development or enhancement of BIP/OTBI Reporting.
• Work on Oracle Fusion Finance Modules AP, FA, GL, and CM module.
• Manage Oracle Infrastructure Cloud environments.
• Ensure availability of environment throughout the Project.
• Raise service requests with Oracle support for obtaining resolution on defects with respect to system performance and standard operation.
• Analyze patches/fixes, identify pre-requisite patches.
• Assist in instance strategy and planning for the Project.
• Assist in production cutover plan preparation and execution.
• Provide all technical documentation required for knowledge transfer to support team.
• Expertise in Design, Development and delivery using Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Autonomous Database.
• Experience in designing & developing extensions (PaaS for SaaS) & Process Automations.
• Experience working with FBDI, REST API, SOAP Web Services of Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Participation in requirement gathering, analyzing business requirements, aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
• Reports Implementation, Development and Administration experience using Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) & Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• An understanding of Oracle's security model as it relates to interfaces, reports, and extensions.
• Experience working on Oracle Cloud Travel & Expense (T&E). Knowledge on Accounts Payables (AP) and General Ledger (GL) modules are added advantages.
• Defining new and refining existing business processes.
• Advanced understanding of ERP tables, data models & Subject Areas for the modules specified above.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Application Security & Workflow.
• Managing a technical project delivery and leading project onsite and offshore technical teams.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of internal processes and intellectual property.
• Participation in project planning through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work.
• The person should have deep knowledge on conversion areas and map the data from legacy system to Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
• The person should have good knowledge on PLSQL and SQL apart from BI Publisher templates.
• Providing support to the development of training materials and training activities related to the BI tools and applications.
• Demonstrated ability presenting to small work groups on both technical and functional requirements.
• Team oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and internal customers.
• The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to troubleshoot advanced issues that arise with reporting solutions.
• Ability to tune the performance of the reports.
• Analyze, design and configure best practice business needs through technology solutions.Required Qualifications:
• 14 to 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and Supply Chain application with full-lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP and/or EPM Cloud applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations and to manage multiple deliverables at once.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in full life-cycle project development including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Roll-out.
• Experience with BIP, OTBI, ADFDI, Java Script and Web Services.
• Experience in integrating ERP Cloud with other systems using middleware, Web Services.
• Ability to quickly understand the business requirement and to design technical concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
• MS Computer Science or MCA Master of Computer Applications or BE Computer or BE Electronics.
• Experience with various cloud, SaaS, and on-premises ERP or EBS.
• Certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud or Fusion Financials - (in Integration Cloud and/or SaaS modules listed above) a huge plus.
• One or more full lifecycle implementation of Cloud ERP.
• Oracle Cloud Certification.Applications will be accepted until 01/30/2025.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits:
