Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Development Leader to guide
development teams in delivering software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Coach teams in Scrum practices and foster effective team
dynamics
Contribute to software solutions using C# and .NET Core, and
implement cloud-based solutions using AWS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and
maintain code quality through reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in enterprise software development and
delivery leadership
Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
Strong technical background with proficiency in C# and .NET Core,
SQL, and PostgreSQL
Familiarity with AWS and experience in integrating cloud services
into software solutions
