Location: Remote(California)
Description:
Resolve outpatient pharmacy benefit coverage (inclusion/exclusion),
prescription claim problems, communicate drug formulary guidelines
including drug formulary alternatives, prior authorization criteria
and group/member eligibility problems.
Provide drug usage history and other pertinent pharmacy benefit
related computer searches for pharmacists and Medical Director to
assist in case specific reviews and drug evaluations.
Assist pharmacists with drug utilization review programs.
Assist in providing formulary alternatives and communicate prior
authorization criteria.
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $ 18.00 - $
20.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth
above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills,
education and experience and the benefits package you select.
Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits
