We're thrilled to announce the acquisition of Dependable Supply Chain Services' (DHE LTL) LTL division. As part of the Knight-Swift (KNX) family of LTL companies, we're now rebranded as DHE Transportation , alongside AAA Cooper and Midwest Motor Express.

We're expanding our network and looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with various tasks.

The responsibilities of our Reps in Customer Service are, but not limited to:

+ Answer Calls/Emails/Chats

+ Tracing

+ Driver's ETA for Pick-ups and/or Deliveries

+ Documents Requests

+ Quotes

+ Schedule Pick-ups

+ Process Reconsignments

+ Process Return to Shipper

+ Research and Process disposition of refused freight

+ Submit Corrections

+ Research and assist customers with disputes

+ Charges

+ Accessorials

+ W&I

+ Assist customers with Claims

+ Assist Customer with the use of our Website.

+ Schedule delivery/pick-up appts.

Pay Range: 20.00-23.00 per_hour, General Benefits:
