Dignity Health --- Northridge Hospital Medical Center , a proud member of Dignity Health, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Medicine Program Director to lead our residency program while providing exceptional patient care and fostering the development of future physicians. As the Program Director , you will be the cornerstone of the residency program, leading both the educational and clinical components, shaping the next generation of family physicians, and ensuring the program remains innovative, compliant, and aligned with institutional and healthcare needs. Enjoy a role that offers variety and continued impact for your residents, patients and community as this role is split across multiple responsibilities 50% Program Director: Oversee all aspects of the Family Medicine Residency Program, including curriculum development, faculty oversight, and accreditation compliance. 30% Resident Preceptor: Provide hands-on guidance, supervision, and mentorship to residents in clinical settings, helping them develop essential skills and clinical knowledge. 20% Non-Faculty Primary Care Clinic Provider: Provide direct patient care in our well-established primary care clinic, contributing to community health while maintaining clinical expertise.
