Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to build and
enhance our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and
analytical processes. This role provides the opportunity to work
closely with executive leadership to inform and influence key
business decisions and strategic direction in a dynamic and growing
organization by offering critical financial insights and thoughtful
recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
in financial modeling, business analysis, and strategic
planning.Location: Hybrid, Woodland Hills CAWhat You'll Be
Doing:
- Lead the company's financial planning and analysis function,
including budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to long-term
strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business
performance, trends, and key drivers.
- Provide executive leadership with timely and accurate
performance reporting, variance analysis, and financial
insights.
- Collaborate with department heads to build a bottoms-up
budgeting process and align financial planning with business
objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives and develop and
update forecasts to enable the business to drive continuous
improvements in financial processes, reporting, and analytics.
- Monitor key financial metrics and develop actionable
recommendations to enhance revenue growth, profitability and
efficiency.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, board
meetings, and investor communications.
- Lead and mentor team of FP&A professionals, fostering a
culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting
and compliance with regulatory requirements.Qualifications (Note:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A; 3+ years of
Director experience (required)
- MBA or CFA preferred
- Strong leadership experience, including managing teams and
working cross-functionally.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and
data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in financial planning software and ERP
systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Adaptive Insights).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate
complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive
strategic financial decisions.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with a
results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial trends and best
practices.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple

$153,000-$205,000 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.The
posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on
California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject

wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge,
