Job Description:
The Stephanie Younger Group's Sales Manager is responsible for
driving agent performance, recruiting new and experienced agents,
overseeing the successful adoption of sales strategies, and
ensuring the team consistently meets production targets. The Sales
Manager is also responsible for fostering a high-performing
culture, supporting agent development, and promoting the Stephanie
Younger Group's vision within the team.
Responsibilities:
--- Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance,
and offer suggestions for improvement
--- Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent
sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more
accurately forecast future goals
--- Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage
customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
--- Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales
representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales
territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the
team up for success
--- Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our
sales goals
--- Track ZillowFlex data to ensure team performance complies with
program requirements
Qualifications:
--- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business or a
similar field
--- Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and
communication skills
--- Proven track record of sales success
--- At least 3 years in real estate sales management
--- Experienced in leveraging and tracking ZillowFlex, Redfin
Partner and Realtor.com Referral Programs
