POSITION LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA or Full-time RemotePOSITION
OVERVIEWAs VP of Marketing, you will own the end-to-end P&L for
the marketing function while collaborating cross-functionally to
ensure the company's overarching strategic goals are met. This is
not just a marketing leadership role-it is a business leadership
position. You will act as the architect of our go-to-market
strategy while aligning the brand, innovation pipeline, and
marketing efforts with operational and sales priorities. We're
seeking a creative, yet analytical leader who can seamlessly own
and integrate brand, online and retail marketing strategies.COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy,
ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to shape
long-term growth strategies.
- Act as a cross-functional leader, ensuring cohesion between
marketing, sales, R&D, and operations.
- P&L Management
- Own the marketing budget and ensure ROI across all
investments.
- Balance growth-driving activities with a strong focus on
bottom-line profitability.
- Brand & Consumer Strategy
- Lead the brand vision, positioning, and strategy, ensuring
differentiation in the marketplace.
- Drive consumer insights to inform decision-making, ensuring the
brand remains relevant and resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing
campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Innovation & Product Development
- Partner with R&D and operations teams to shape the
innovation pipeline, bringing new products to market
efficiently.
- Define strategies for portfolio optimization, SKU
rationalization, and category expansion.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Build a robust performance marketing strategy that drives
top-line growth and enhances customer acquisition.
- Establish KPIs, leveraging data and analytics to measure the
success of campaigns and inform future investments.
- Lead collaboration between sales and marketing to ensure
alignment on goals, strategies, and execution.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a
culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in building the team and
representing the brand externally.SKILLS / EXPERIENCE /
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a
senior leadership role within the CPG industry.
- Proven experience managing P&L ownership or operating in a
GM capacity.
- Strong understanding of CPG business dynamics, including retail
marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building
and scaling high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage brand strategy and consumer
insights while driving operational efficiency.
- Results-driven mindset with deep expertise in growth marketing
and performance analytics.
- Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional
environments and can influence at all levels.YOU ARE ANExpert in
emerging retail CPG, excel as a self-starter, and thrive in
building and managing a high-performing team. You have a "GM
mentality" and understand the connection between marketing, product
strategy, and the overall business, with a strong grasp of P&L
management and its impact on growth. You bring a
roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and thrive in a dynamic startup
environment.DETAILS--- Location: Partake is a full-time remote
organization. Travel is expected up to 4 weeks per year.---
