County.Dynamic, thoughtful, professional services firm searching
for an IT Director. This position is located in Woodland Hills and
reports to our executive team.CNM's IT Director is responsible for
planning, designing, and implementing firm-wide information systems
and technologies as well as information security for the firm. This
role will translate business needs into technology solutions to
enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. The IT
Director will manage a team of 3 IT staff supporting a growing
professional services firm of over 200 employees across locations
in the United States and Malaysia.Responsibilities:
- Oversees Information Security for the firm. Familiarity with
CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, and other data security and privacy laws
required.
- Develops and executes technology roadmaps aligned with the
firm's strategic objectives.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating complex
technical concepts into clear business terms.
- Oversees enterprise technology infrastructure including
networks, systems, and applications to ensure optimal performance
and reliability.
- Administers systems and servers related to LAN and WAN (e.g.
email systems, accounts, print queue, workstation ID, IP
assignments, Desktop Computers, Laptops, VOIP, security, antivirus,
spyware, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring availability of services
to authorized users.
- Designs computer networks (e.g. internet, web mail, VPN, FTP
servers, security system, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring
effective and efficient operating systems.
- Directs IT Team for the purpose of prioritizing project
deadlines and ensuring optimal utilization of staff.
- Implements and maintains robust IT governance frameworks,
ensuring processes, documentation, and quality controls meet
professional service firm standards.
- Manages vendor relationships strategically.Team Leadership &
Collaboration:
- Builds and mentors a high-performing IT team focused on service
excellence and business partnership.
- Fosters strong collaborative relationships across operations
departments and with billable professionals.
- Creates an IT service culture that balances responsiveness to
user needs with strategic priorities.
- Manages staff administration including hiring, training,
supervision, evaluation, and professional development to maintain
adequate staffing, enhance team productivity, and achieve
department outcomes.
- Recommends equipment, supplies, and materials purchases or
leases to acquire necessary items and complete jobs
efficiently.
- Recommends policies, procedures, and actions to guide the
company and IT department in meeting their goals and
objectives.
- Proactively researches trends, products, equipment, and testing
methodologies to identify procedures and purchases that could
improve the firm's delivery model.
- Responsible for IT Department budget and management of software
licensing and subscription contracts.
- Installs network (client and server) software on a variety of
platforms (e.g. service packs, application software, operating
software, hardware upgrades, etc.) for the purpose of upgrading and
maintaining WAN/LAN and telecommunication systems.
- Maintains network operations and software applications (e.g.
servers (file, print, application, WEB, database, proxy, etc.),
operating systems, companywide server backup, routine maintenance
programs, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring efficient
operations.Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
field required; Requires 7+ years directly related experience in
Information Technology including demonstrated success in leading
and managing an IT department.
- Substantial exposure to data processing, data security,
hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and
outsourced systems.
- Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business
problems.
- Good understanding of computer systems characteristics,
features, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with systems design and development from business
requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.
- Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and
development.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they
relate to IT.
- Ability to travel to the firm's office locations across America
and Internationally as required.
- Hybrid - In person 3 days in the Woodland Hills, LA Office.Pay
and Benefits:
- Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekends as
needed

- Base Pay $120,000 - $160,000
