A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement
strategic plans
Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance
efficiency
Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful execution
of clinical trials
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, or
Analytics
Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Startup
S&O/BizOps roles preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in a startup environment
preferred
Deeply analytical and focused on finding scalable solutions
Proficiency in Excel, capable of maintaining complex
spreadsheets
