Director, DV+ is an experienced, senior manager overseeing a
portfolio of top-tier strategic publishers on the DV+ platform.
This role will specifically focus on our large Mobile App supply
partners.In this role you will:
- Understand, build, and manage relationships with our largest
Mobile App SDK partners
- Actively track sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and
annual revenue targets
- Keep up to date with mobile & ad tech industry trends and
attend industry events
- Understand new publisher inventory options & product
offerings
- Monitor partners' business results, making recommendations for
improvements to increase performance/monetization
- Provide strategic consulting services regarding inventory
monetization strategies and policies, marketplace trends and best
practices, development of private sales channels, and Magnite's
products and offerings
- Performs other sales and account management- related duties as
assigned by managementWe're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training
- 6+ years of adtech sales / consulting / technical expertise,
specifically in the Mobile App space
- Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data
Evaluation experience
- High level of integrity, excellent presentation, organizational
and communication skills
- Strong active listening, verbal, and written communication
skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand

position is: $140,000 - $160,000 in addition to an annual variable
