Key Responsibilities:
Develop a best-in-class SMB playbook to achieve high team quota
attainment
Collaborate with internal partners in Marketing, Revenue
Operations, Partnerships, and Sales
Foster an inclusive culture and lead by example to support team
members
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience leading a quota-carrying SMB team with an
average ACV of $15,000
Proven track record of team quota attainment
Experience ramping new-to-sales Account Executive talent
Preferred experience in technology or SaaS sales
Familiarity with remote team management
