Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space.Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. We promise to exceed expectations while cultivating a fun and safe experience where lasting memories are made.As the Director, Premium Sales and Service, You Will:Reporting to the Vice President of Premium Sales and Service, the Director of Premium Sales & Service will be responsible for establishing the strategic direction and operational functions for the suite sales and service programs. This includes creating premium revenue generating programs as well as the development of programs that maximize the relationship between our suite owners and the organization and setting a world class standard for premium service. In addition, this role will be responsible for overseeing and developing the premium sales and service teams to hit revenue generating and retention goals.More Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Manage premium sales and service teams and assist with selling and retaining multi-year suite lease agreements to C-Level executives and/or key decision makers of corporations, high net worth individuals via outbound sales calls, face-to-face appointments and virtual presentations.
  • Recruit, hire, train and develop a team of Premium Sales Managers and a team of Premium Service Managers.
  • Collaborate with all internal and external partners to develop and manage relationships.
  • Develop pricing strategies for premium products for stadium events to maximize revenue.
  • Create, develop, and implement sales campaigns and strategies for Premium Sales Managers.
  • Engage Stadium Suite Owners on a high level as point of contact from invoicing, ticketing, contract fulfillment, planning/hosting events, etc.
  • Lead the planning, development and activation of all suite service offerings.
  • Develop and implement proactive tactics to create incremental revenue through a robust event-based campaign empowering the team to upsell and generate referrals from current suite clients.
  • Champion a positive culture that extends throughout the entire department through team building, professional development and innovative techniques.
  • Develop positive relationships with current and new clients through in person meetings, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Create an annual client touch-point program to ensure engagement levels are high and frequent.
  • Attend most NFL football games and other events to engage with suite owners and support sales and service team.
  • Budget annual special events for stadium suite owners and C-level prospects to aid in new business development.
  • Manage full season suite manifest and financial report for ownership.
  • Other related duties as assigned.We'd Love to Hear From People With:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is strongly preferred.
    • 4-5 years prior sports sales/service industry Sales & Service Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • Candidate should possess strong team-oriented work ethic.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Previous working experience with Microsoft CRM and TM Archtics is a plus.
    • Able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
    • A proven track record in relationship building and networking skills.
    • Individuals must be coachable and possess a positive attitude.Salary Range: $120,000- $150,000
