Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analytics Manager for their Medicare
Prescription Payment Plan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a full-stack analytics engineering team to transform raw data
into actionable reports
Collaborate with health plan clients and cross-functional teams to
define project requirements and priorities
Drive best practices in analytics engineering to ensure
high-quality reports and scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or related
fields, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Healthcare industry experience, particularly with health plans and
PBMs
Expertise in Python, dbt, SQL, and professional experience with
Looker
Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP
Knowledge of the analytics engineering development process,
including modeling and change management
