Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Sales Planning &
Channel Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop multi-year strategies to accelerate volume, revenue, and
share growth
Build strong internal relationships to ensure long-term success
Lead the optimization and evolution of critical team processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years' sales experience in CPG, retail, and/or
consumer goods
Extensive leadership and people management experience in the CPG
sector
Deep understanding of channels, types of trade, and commercial
levers
Familiarity with sales models (Warehouse or Direct Store
Delivery)
Proven leadership in a matrixed environment with experience in
complex decision-making
