Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager who will
manage day-to-day health plan client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees core client engagement activities including meeting
coordination and facilitation
Maintains strong client relationships and serves as the first point
of contact for client needs
Supports the development of client-facing presentations and ensures
quality oversight of client-specific reporting
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years' healthcare industry experience in client
success, sales operations, or account management
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce knowledge
preferred
Proven track record of client engagement support
Clinical background preferred
