Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Sales Operations Specialist to
support the sales team through contract management, project
management, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize sales processes for efficient workflows and
contract execution support
Manage the contract lifecycle process, ensuring compliance and
tracking timelines for renewals
Lead sales-related projects and coordinate with various departments
to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
preferred, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, or
a similar role preferred
Proven expertise in contract management and CRM systems, such as
Salesforce or HubSpot
Strong project management and analytical skills
Experience in health and wellness, SaaS, or healthcare industries
is a plus
