A company is looking for a Director, Sales Systems to lead a
team focused on enhancing sales systems and driving operational
excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of sales
systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Lead and develop a diverse global team while executing
comprehensive roadmaps for sales systems enhancement
Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners,
overseeing system security and compliance
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales operations or sales systems
management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Deep expertise with Salesforce administration and customization
Proven experience managing multiple sales enablement platforms
Strong track record of leading high-performing global teams
Experience working for high growth companies, preferably in
SaaS
