Johnson Fain is seeking a self-motivated, highly-skilled Project Architect to work collaboratively with our design and technical team on a variety of project types. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team-player and must possess a strong work ethic, strong client interface, leadership and communication skills with experience in medium to large scale projects such as residential, corporate offices, mixed-use developments, educational projects, and life sciences.Job Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the design documentation and construction administration phases of a project.
• Preparation of architectural contract documents including exterior detailing and specifications.
• Current working knowledge of applicable codes.Job Requirements:
• Eight to ten years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Experience with Life Sciences Building type.
• Licensed CA Architect.
• LEED AP, preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of REVIT.
• Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and 3D Visualization software such as Rhino, Lumion, and 3DS Max.
