Fleet Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Moving Crew Manager oversees team members in a certain department to ensure it performs effectively. Responsibilities vary from hiring and training employees, creating, and implementing business strategies and delegating tasks to team members.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 Annual Salary

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing teams to develop, execute and complete assignments.
  
• Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
  
• Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
  
• Performing employee reviews and assessments
  
• Assist with new employee onboarding and training program.
  
• Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team s progress.
  
• Comply with all company and customer specific policies and procedures.
  
• Support warehouse functions as needed.
  
• Comply with federal, state, and local road regulations by following company policies and procedures.
  
• Enforce adherence to requirements by reporting issues as appropriate and advise management on needed actions.
  
• Provide consistent top-level customer service.
  
• Exemplify the Company values.
  
• Maintain confidentiality as required by customers.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
• Must know DOT requirements
  EDUCATION:
  
  • High School Diploma or GED or comparable work experience
    
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training as required.

    • Making operational and process decisions

    • Advanced knowledge in common office applications and word processing software
      
    • Strong customer service skills
