Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Billing Supervisor who will
oversee the business office functions related to patient billing
and collections.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate business office functions including patient billing,
credit and collections, and data entry
Implement and recommend changes to processes to ensure compliance
with billing and collection standards
Assist in managing employees through coaching, training, and
disciplinary actions as needed
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of hospital billing experience
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and
relevant experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with managing multiple tasks and strong organizational
skills
Knowledge of billing processes and third-party payer relations
