Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, People Analytics to
develop and implement people analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and implement people analytics to improve data
integrity and metrics
Track, measure, and improve key people initiatives while
interpreting trends in datasets
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in DE+I, recruiting,
finance, etc., utilizing Workday reporting and dashboarding
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Workday HCM report development experience
Extensive knowledge in HR reporting and analytics
Experience working with large data sets
Experience in data cleansing, statistical modeling, and
programming
Workday Pro Certification - Reporting (preferred)
