A company is looking for a SMB Construction Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for
configuring and utilizing the platform
Understand client construction needs and current tech stack to
integrate Fieldwire into daily workflows
Develop relationships with small and medium-sized customer accounts
through proactive outreach
Required Qualifications
1+ years of professional construction industry experience,
preferably in both field and office management roles
A basic understanding of the construction process from design to
completion
A general understanding of the interactions among different parties
on a construction project
Ability to creatively brainstorm unique solutions to client
issues
Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment
