Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Analyst to support the legal
department and assist with compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct semi-annual state surveys of relevant laws and summarize
findings for cross-functional teams
Manage contract management software and assist Corporate Counsel
with legal inquiries and research
Draft various legal documents and develop training materials for
legal issues
Required Qualifications
Expertise in legislative/regulatory matters (FCRA, FMCSA, PHMSA) or
ability to become an expert within 6 months
Experience in regulatory compliance, employment law, or consumer
protection law preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, project management software, and
customer relationship management software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
tasks simultaneously
Outstanding organizational skills
