A company is looking for an Application Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve necessary certifications and follow learning paths for
ongoing growth
Respond to application support requests and incidents within
defined SLAs
Manage application and team documentation, ensuring accuracy and
completeness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering,
Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences, or a related field (or
6+ years of relevant experience)
3+ years' experience in healthcare IT or equivalent IT application
analyst position
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Participation in an on-call rotation may be required for 24x7
support
