Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician I to provide
technical support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical end-user support via telephone and email
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Document issues and follow up on existing tickets in the ticketing
system
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required in IT
Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft O365, and
iOS/MacOS
At least 6 months' experience in a service desk position is
desirable
Ability to work in a 100% remote environment with flexible
hours
Proficiency at diagnosing hardware issues for desktops, laptops,
and mobile devices
