Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Systems Consultant to drive
their Natural Language Interactive Voice Response (NL IVR)
strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a business advocate connecting business teams with IT and
vendor partners
Advance the NL IVR agenda and collaborate with business partners to
deliver new capabilities
Utilize conversational AI technology to enhance caller experiences
and process self-service transactions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher with a minimum of five years of
relevant experience, or
Successful completion of the Progressive-sponsored LEAP internship
program, or
Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of two years of relevant
experience
