looking for an hourly Fitness Consultant to help us provide
world-class service to guests and members by utilizing in-depth
knowledge of company products and programs. We'll challenge your

When you come to work you'll:
- Partner with Membership Sales Manager (MSM) to provide a
best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member
relationships and builds member retention.
- Ensure members receive a friendly greeting/check-in and prompt
attention to their needs.
- Engage members with various fitness offerings including
personal training, group exercise classes, and Gold's Gym SoCal
digital content.
- Maintain relationships with members and serve as a resource for
their questions or concerns, putting them in touch with the right
resources as appropriate.
- Provide a clean, friendly, well-maintained club to members and
guests, and help new members become comfortable in the
club.
- Tour potential members through the club and describe the
facility, equipment, services, and amenities that directly tie back
to their individual fitness needs and goals.
- Ensure all guests are registered and entered into the
system.
- Communicate membership and fitness offers in a clear and
concise manner using Company provided presentation tools.
- Effectively and professionally sign up guests using Company
sales techniques and protocol.
- Adhere to specific Membership Agreement Procedure when
enrolling members and guests.
- On-board new members successfully and assist with all member
retention activities in order to drive club profitability.
Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales
goals.
- Obtain leads externally from within the community using company
provided tools/programs (i.e. Community outreach/Local Promotions,
Corporate Sales on-sites).
- Generate leads/new business internally through member
promotions, referrals, the dissemination of guest passes, and
contacting leads generated via phone.
- Be responsible for effectively setting appointments for all
leads and potential new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed personal productivity goals.

- Ability to identify and use resources to improve overall
operations
- Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent
motivational, communication, and team-building skills will make you
an ideal candidate for this position.
- College degree preferred
- Current CPR Certification is required.
- Bilingual Preferred
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and
ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and
appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
