Job Description:
We are looking for a fun, fashionable and personable Showroom
Design Sales Consultant to join our team at Bedrosians Tile & Stone
and help us smash our sales goals! Our new high-end showroom and
design center is designed to wow and attract the discerning
homeowner, designer, developer and architect. We have a carefully
edited selection of tile, stone, slab, wood and flooring products
from mid-range to high-end for the client who demands great design
and quality.
This position combines creativity, sales skills and exceptional
customer service to deliver an amazing experience to our clients.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a love of design and
color, knowledge of our products and ability to build long term
relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
--- Client Engagement: Welcome and assist homeowners, designers,
architects, and developers in exploring our products and creating
stunning designs.
--- Design Expertise: Provide expert guidance on color, texture,
and material combinations to meet clients' needs and
preferences.
--- Sales Achievement: Drive sales by understanding client needs,
showcasing products, and providing tailored recommendations.
--- Customer Follow-Up: Maintain communication with clients
post-visit, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat
business.
--- Showroom Presentation: Maintain the showroom's aesthetic
appeal, ensuring displays are
--- Event Participation: Assist with planning and hosting showroom
events, such as design workshops and networking gatherings.
--- Social Media & Marketing: Contribute to social media promotions
and assist with digital marketing initiatives to attract new
clients and showcase showroom offerings.
--- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a
seamless customer experience and achieve shared sales goals.
--- Prior experience in design, tile, and stone, or a related field
is preferred but not required.
--- Ability to work showroom hours, including weekends and
occasional evenings for events.
Qualifications:
--- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a
sales position or related field
--- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
--- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both
written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
--- Passion for Design: A love for tile, stone, flooring, and
creating beautiful spaces.
--- Sales Savvy: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a
design-focused environment.
--- Design Skills: Strong understanding of color, texture, and
layout; experience with design software is a plus.
--- Customer Focus: Friendly, outgoing, and emotionally intelligent
with excellent communication skills.
--- Team Player: Collaborative, supportive, and able to thrive in a
team-oriented setting.
--- Event and Marketing Awareness: Experience in event planning or
digital marketing/social media is a plus.
--- Versatility: Open to learning and taking on new challenges;
driven to achieve personal and team goals.
