• Liaise with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics operations and provide regular reports to management.
• Process order entries and ensure timely delivery using various carriers.
• Responsibility over the entire logistics process, including monitoring the delivery of orders to customers and ensuring that the shipment remains on schedule.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks.Inventory Control:
• Contract review/update/negotiations.
• Managing 3PL.
• Resolve issues and proactively set up the new process/execute the process improvement.
• Logistics/SCM system maintenance and implementation.
• Manage the team and evaluate team members' performance and set up/execute the improvement plan.
• Manage customer (end-user) relations issues and follow up - This includes contacting resellers, promoting, status check, and follow up.
• Manage service center operations.
• Ad-hoc responsibilities and duties required by the management.Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Logistics, SCM, or business-related preferred.
• Shipping/trucking/delivery/ocean/in-land trucking and 3rd party Logistics company handling experience.
• 6+ years of experience.
