Job Description:
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a
Compensation Consultant

Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote
As a Compensation Consultant you will:
Administer and assist in the development of compensation policies
and programs.
Develop and execute comprehensive compensation analysis plans.
Perform market pricing and analysis to ensure competitive salary
structures.
Lead salary planning activities and recommend salary
adjustments.
Consult with business partners to evaluate job content and employee
responsibilities.
Manage compensation components of larger cross-functional
projects.
Support the planning and development of HR compensation
strategies.
Conduct executive market pricing and complex analysis.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements governing
compensation.
Promote self-development and learning within the team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social or other
sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in human resources, finance,
or business operations, including at least 2 years working on
compensation projects or activities.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification
is preferred.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in
Human Resources (SPHR) certification is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have: Healthcare/Hospital/Medical
background with Compensation experience ideal to have certification
like CCP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50 - $54 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
