Our DTLA Branch is immediately seeking to add an experienced junior to mid level legal recruiter. Experience in legal recruiting is required. Experience in placing lateral attorneys highly preferred.

What do you need to bring to the table: (1) the willingness to embark upon a fast-paced and exciting career with unlimited potential; (2) passion for creating the critical mesh needed between the clients we service and the stellar candidates we represent; (3) the true desire to run your own business; (3) a successful track record of using multiple sourcing strategies such as the internet and social media, cold calling, networking, professional associations, job fairs, referrals and other media outlets; (4) experience working with applicant tracking systems; (5) demonstrated knowledge of sales and general recruiting techniques; (6) ability to rapidly identify, influence, and place qualified candidates; ) (7) a keen eye on the overall big picture (ability to focus on bottom line results and works with a sense of deliberate urgency); (8) excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; (9) superb interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal); and (10) unquestioned integrity and commitment to team and company objectives (a great team player mentality).
